Wow, I went trekking in Nepal earlier this year; never considered that my guide might not know what he was doing...

It surprises me that people aren't making enough money in the tourist industry... although part of that is no doubt the stupid Maoist insurgents who drove away American tourism by publicly threatening to attack them if they came - "Yankee go home!"

This in a country whose main industry is tourism...
