But, yanno, they hid his cognitive impairment for four years, so I don't know if I believe the announcement either. Maybe it's just a play for sympathy. Yanno, stop beating up on the old guy, he's got cancer.

BTW, he MAY have prostate cancer, but prostate cancer doesn't cause the symptoms we were seeing.

At Joe's age, if he just found out this week that he has prostate cancer with how much a President of the US at his age would have had medical screenings, this is meaningless. He will not die of prostate cancer. He won't even get sick from prostate cancer at any point before he dies of something else at his age.

Now... it could be that he's been living with it for 30 years and the reason that they're announcing it is because it just finally went south. If that is the case, that could be the thing that does it.

From what has been explained to me, prostate cancer is like a time bomb. One that for most people diagnosed with it will never live long enough for it to ever go off. And the surgery to remove it comes with so many risks, it's a good thing too.

At the end of the day, Fuck Joe Biden*.

But at the same time I feel sorry for the dude and how his family let him spend the last 5 or 6 years of his life. That ain't something I'd wish on anybody. And that goes double if the brain damage was real and wasn't all just part of the act too.

The democrats are going through changes, that's natural. When AOC first got into office she had raw talent and a big mouth, not much more. She found out Nacy Pelosi knew how points of order worked and experienced republicans would run circles around her until she learned. Pelosi took her under her wing. Now she’s a force. That will happen again with others. It's how it works.

The debate about who should be president, Biden or anyone other than Trump, needed to be made on who would be best suited to run the country. Not who was perfect. MAGA has no clue what Biden and Kamala accomplished because their sources of information are corrupt and false for the most part.

Need evidence, look how Trump just lied about brokering a cease fire with India and Pakistan. He did no such thing. His saying otherwise really pissed India off and shows how fucked up he is. Doing something like that is incredibly dangerous and could be globally destabilizing. Had Biden done this the reaction from the right would have been deafening. He is senile would be the headline.

I am posting a bit of the Magna Carta. It states what a persons’ rights are. It is the backbone of our democracy. The fact that MAGA and Trump would destroy this, along with a bushel of other reasons, is why even with cancer Biden should be president; even better, Kamala. With either, we know America would still be here when we hold our next elections.

“The Fifth Amendment to the Constitution ("no person shall be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.") is a direct descendent of Magna Carta's guarantee of proceedings according to the "law of the land." Without it there is no democracy; period. And most of the Supreme Court knows this. Hell, most of the country knows this, but until Trump won, they didn't know they had to worry about it.

Nobody wants to hear the "Truth" in 2025 from somebody who denied for 4 years straight that Joe Biden* had mental problems. And they certainly don't want to hear it from somebody who thinks it would be even better if it were Harris in office right now.

Go fuck yourself, AOC and your dead party.

Let's see what a force AOC is if she's your new party leader.

You've come full circle. If that's the horse you're going to back, your party is dead forever.

This, from the guy who believes everything the establishment media shits out?

RUSSIA!TRUMP!COLLUSION!

and

BIDEN IS SHARP AS A TACK

were just two of the hugely consequential whoppers that you fell for. And you STILL fall for them!

BTW the establishment media lies for both sides of the aisle. Just look at the full court press it did for GWB's destruction of Afghanistan and Iraq and Hillary's destruction of Libya and Biden's* war in Ukraine. So, you should wonder ... if establishment media doesn't propagandize for any particular party, then who, exactly, is pulling their chains?

One thing I noticed: Establishment press RELIABLY promotes war, no matter WHO is "in charge".

Oh, I agree! Trump is his own worst enemy, and 90% of the time he should just STFU.

I honestly don't know why he posts the things he does. Trump, one-on-one, is focused, calm, gracious, and thoughtful. According to Bill Maher and others. All I can figure is that he's playing to a crowd, specifically the low-information MAGA crowd, and feels that he has to throw them some red meat periodically and claim victories that never happened. If that's the case, then I think he's selling his base short.

The other possibility is that he's trying to achieve certain things all the while dodging bullets- literally and figuratively - and the best way to dodge bullets is to dodge and weave and make your path as unpredictable. And that's one thing Trump certainly is: unpredictable!

Anyway, I watch what he does. I don't listen to what he says. If you listen to what politicians say, it'll drive you crazy, since most politicians lie.

Quote:

See? This is just hysteria and propaganda AFAIK. Bill Clinton's allowing the CIA to spread its propaganda within the borders of the USA. GWB's so-called Patriot and widespread snooping on telecom transmissions. Obama's Star Chamber proceeding that allowed him to kill an American citizen without due process. Biden's vaccine mandates, lockdowns, wholesale censorship of social media, control of establishment media ("mostly peaceful" in front of a burning building, remember? Don't believe your lying eyes!) and weaponization of the DOJ.

THOSE I consider to be SERIOUS and SUCCESSFUL attacks on our Constitutional rights. Trump has restored free speech to social media, at least. Somethingthe Biden admin took away, in collusion with popular platforms. So IDK what "rights" you think he's destroying. Be specific if you want to be convincing.

And I'm still not worried about it. What I see are a bunch of butt-hurt politicians, not citizens whose rights are being destroyed.

I think that the USA should not be run by Executive order, but Trump isn't the President with the most. That would be FDR with 3,726.

Actually, so do I. I felt for Joe everytime they flogged him with meds and sent him to meetings or press conferences or to make speeches, stumbling and fumbling and mumbling and getting lost. It was painful to watch.

True, I believe Joe was a willing participant in this form of elder abuse, but there comes a time when you gotta take the keys away from dad. BTW I doubt he will die of prostate cancer. I think Parkinson's will get him. I know someone who died of Parkinson's and several people who died of cancer, and I think Parkinson's is worse.

I think they're murdering him.

I don't think they're happy about his visit on the View or anything else he's been up to the last few weeks.

Remember what I just said last night about prostate cancer and his chances? Look at these articles today...

AP: Biden has been diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer

https://apnews.com/article/biden-cancer-prostate-be18c98abe341cd91277e
1d3b75d5cd5

You don't just get diagnosed with aggressive prostate cancer out of the blue at any age. Maybe if you're on the poor end of the monetary and power scale and you don't ever go see a doctor for anything, a last minute aggress prostate cancer might be the diagnosis that did you in, but you likely were walking around with cancer in your ass since Bill Clinton was president before you finally went to see a doctor when it was killing you.

This is the former President of the US who was in his 80's. He probably had a scope up his ass 48 times in the last 4 years.

Here's what the Daily Mail is asking today...

Top doctors stunned Biden's cancer diagnosis wasn't caught sooner: 'It is inconceivable'

https://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-14726001/Biden-cancer-docto
rs-cover-up.html

Quote:

Upon hearing the news, some of America's top doctors also questioned how a former president could be diagnosed with late stage prostate cancer - which can be detected early with routine bloodwork recommended for all men over the age of 50.

'It is inconceivable that this was not being followed before he left the Presidency,' wrote Dr. Howie Forman, a professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, public health management and economics at Yale.

He noted that the test for prostate-specific antigen would have shown he had cancer 'for some time before this diagnosis', given how aggressive it is.

...

Dr. Quay went even further, declaring online that: 'It is highly likely he was carrying a diagnosis of prostate cancer throughout his White House tenure and the American people were uninformed.'

He explained that prostate cancer is the 'easiest... to diagnose when it first starts and to watch it progress to bone metastases.'

'For even with the most aggressive form, it is a five to seven year journey without treatment before it becomes metastatic,' Quay asserted.

'Meaning it would be malpractice for this patient to show up and first be diagnosed with metastatic disease in May 2025.'

Here's another fact. You guys crack me up. I’ll keep this very short and simple, so you have a chance of understanding. Donald Trump lies about everything. Why, because he can’t remember what was said to him 10 minutes before. He displays this problem every time he opens his mouth. Which is why they say he always listens to, adopts the advice of the last person he spoke with. He's far worse than Biden. But, as I said, you lie too.

While concerns and allegations have been raised about potential connections between Trump's businesses and Russian money laundering, there's no conclusive evidence to prove that Trump himself engaged in such activities. If it isn't one thing with Trump and Putin it's another.

The argument's over: Americans pay for tariffs

The Trump administration conceded this weekend what economists, CEOs and consumers already knew: Americans pay for tariffs.

Why it matters: Nearly a decade of Trump trade arguments held that foreign countries, not Americans, paid the ultimate cost of a trade war.

But the president and his economic team now acknowledge that tariffs are raising prices for everyone, from industrial ports to retail storefronts.

The big picture: Trump's sweeping global tariffs, effectively the highest in nearly a century, are expected to cost the average household more than $2,300 a year, according to the Yale Budget Lab.

Fact check: Trump falsely claims Biden ‘terminated’ South Korea deal Biden actually made

President Donald Trump tried again Tuesday to rewrite the history of US relations with South Korea.

Trump has repeatedly delivered false assertions about the payments South Korea has made for decades to help cover the cost of the major US military presence in the country (more than 26,000 personnel as of the end of 2024). On Tuesday, he wrote on social media that he had just spoken with South Korean acting President Han Duck-soo about economic issues and about “payment for the big time Military Protection we provide to South Korea.”

Trump then added this: “They began these Military payments during my first term, Billions of Dollars, but Sleepy Joe Biden, for reasons unknown, terminated the deal. That was a shocker to all!”

Trump’s claim is false in two big ways.

First, South Korea’s payments did not begin during Trump’s first term. The cost-sharing deals known as Special Measures Agreements began in 1991, more than 25 years before Trump took office in 2017.

Second, former President Joe Biden did not terminate a Trump cost-sharing agreement with South Korea. The only Special Measures Agreement signed by the Trump administration had expired by the time Biden took office in 2021 – and Biden’s administration then signed two such agreements, one in 2021 and one in 2024, that both included South Korean spending increases.

Fuck you, Van Jones.

Double fuck you, Jake Tapper.

You lying motherfuckers.

I can only hope that a good deal of people on both sides and everyone in between remember how YOU lied to them about all of this.

I don't know when it happened, and it was likely before I was even born that it did, but you media types stopped working For The People a long, long time ago. You're nothing more than one of the most important pillars of the elite. The PR arm.

Everything you've said. All that pandering. You didn't mean a fucking word of any of it.

And for you all to keep coming on air now and pretending that you didn't see any of what was plain as day to the rest of us is either an admission of pure complicit behavior or pure incompetence at your jobs. One of those could arguably be considered treason, the other just means that none of you are qualified to be holding the positions that you hold and you are all abject failures at your ONLY job. And you sure as FUCK aren't qualified to tell any of us what to do, how to think or what is actually happening in the world on any given day.

FUCK ALL OF YOU.

I'm on Team Joe Biden* now.

After everything you've done to this sad, tired old fuck in the last few years of his life, for you to all come out and behave the way you are right now is despicable.

I hope there's a God just so hell is real and you burn there for eternity when the cancer man comes and takes you too.

Jake Tapper: "I Feel Humility" About My Coverage Of Biden Health, "But It's Not Like I Was Asking His Favorite Color"

e_session_with_megyn_kelly_on_biden_coverage_its_not_like_i_was_asking_his_favorite_color.html

Quote:

Knowing what I know now, obviously I feel tremendous humility about my coverage. That Lara Trump interview, for example—she saw something that I did not see at the time. 100%. And I own that.

...

MEGYN KELLY: Do you want to apologize to Lara Trump now?

JAKE TAPPER: I’ve already apologized to her. I called her months ago.

MEGYN KELLY: And what did she say?

JAKE TAPPER: I mean, I don’t want to disclose the contents of a private conversation, but I thought the conversation went well. And she said—she has said this publicly, so I feel fine sharing it—she said that she would never mock anybody’s stutter.

But I mean, after we did the research for this book and I realized how bad his acuity issues were—I called Lara Trump, and I said, “You were right.”

...

But as I said—her comments have aged well. My comments have aged poorly. I own that.

....

MEGYN KELLY: Over here in my ecosphere, we were covering all of these. It wasn’t just falling down—it was getting lost. It was some of the stuff you report in your book.

We knew and we were reporting on—the multi-jump cuts in the videos of him, where it was obvious he couldn’t get through a one-minute take, so they had to use those. It was clear to us that he was using teleprompters, and there was some reporting on that at the time—all of which the White House was denying.

Now, with the current White House—I have some connections with the Joe Biden White House. I had none. But you did. You did.

And so—while you’ve been in Washington 30 years, Jake, you and CNN have White House connections. But there was no effort—none—to get to the bottom of this.

And now for you guys to write this book like there was a cover-up—it’s like, yes, there was a cover-up. And there was an attempted cover-up. It could only ever work if you allowed it.

FUCK YOU JAKE.

You fucking liar.

Now this one, written for The Nation by a guy named Jeet Leer might be worth a read. I'm still trying to dig up whatever he might have had to say about Joe Biden* before the disasterous debate when a lot of people finally noticed what everyone else already saw and they couldn't deny it anymore. MSNBC says if Joe Biden recovers from covid it should be seen as a sign of strength, similar to Donald Trump surviving an assassination attempt. They really said this. Live. On air.

Jeet replied to Clay with: If Joe Biden does have cognitive problems, it is mainly caused by watching this show. (Referring to whatever Libtard shit-show they put Jen Psaki in charge of after she was done lying to the American People while being paid on the taxpayer dime to the much more lucrative position of lying everyday to the American People while being paid by the Pharmaceutical Industry).

Hey... Looks like Jeet wasn't ready to admit that Joe* did have cognitive problems just yet, but I've got to give a Liberal points for recognizing all the way back in the early summer of 2024 that watching MSNBC regularly leads to brain damage.

Yeah... Of course I'm not going to agree with everything that Jeet says because we are very likely ideologically opposed on quite a few issues.

But the guy seems pretty based when it comes to the media, holding his own party responsible for things they've said/done in the past.

Quote:

Given the necessity of fighting Trump, there’s a temptation to say that the party doesn’t have time for potentially divisive internal wrangling. But there is a more self-interested reason for wanting not to “wallow in hindsight.” As Tapper and Thompson document, all too many high officials and political strategists, many of whom are still guiding the party, were implicated in Biden’s scandalous coverup. Writing in The Nation, Norman Solomon rightly decried the pervasive “careerism” that implicated all wings of the party, centrists and progressives alike.

The problem with Buttigieg’s refusal to “wallow in hindsight” is that for many voters the failure of the Biden presidency isn’t something that can easily be relegated to the past but remains a reason to distrust the Democratic Party. In particular, the allegation of a cover-up casts a long shadow. A poll conducted by NBC in March showed Democrats were at a historical low point in public esteem, with only 27 percent of Americans having a favorable opinion of the party. In contrast to Buttigieg’s head-in-the-sand attitude, Representative Ro Khanna was more realistic when he posted on Wednesday, “To rebuild trust, Democrats must be honest. In light of the facts that have come out, Joe Biden should not have run for re-election, and we should have had an open primary.”

...

If Biden’s decision to run in 2020 was a mistake, the scandal of his presidency encompasses a much wider group of leaders. After all, Biden was faltering in the early primaries when, in a bid to stop Bernie Sanders’s surging campaign, establishment leaders coalesced around Biden as the candidate with the best chance to prevent the left from gaining the nomination. This led to Representative James Clyburn’s pivotal endorsement of Biden before the South Carolina primary, as well as the decision by Pete Buttigieg and Amy Klobuchar to drop out of the race in favor of Biden. Behind the scenes, former president Barack Obama reportedly herded party support in Biden’s direction.

Biden was always a lackluster campaigner. It took the party elite to win him the nomination. His victory in the subsequent general election was also aided by outside factors, notably the Covid disaster (which allowed Biden to do the kind of remote campaigning he preferred) and Trump’s historic unpopularity. If Biden won the 2020 nomination because of the party elite, then his failures belong not just to him alone—or to his inner circle.

After his 2020 victory, Biden’s cognitive decline intersected with his more unpleasant personal traits. The fact that he required the assistance of the party elite to win the nomination did not make Biden a more humble man. Quite the reverse. Biden seems to have seen his victory as a personal vindication against the doubters he thought always underestimated him.
