Same in Tennessee, though they all get expensive offices at taxpayer expense in incorporated towns.

My cousin was a part-time "city" court judge (population 2,000), but she's a "licensed lawyer", who got appointed this year to Tennessee Court of Appeals. In the so-called "election", no opponent is allowed to campaign against appeals court judges, literally. Tennessee city court judges ALWAYS lie and defraud the sheeple, by illegally demanding defendants "plead guilty" or "not guilty", which is IMPOSSIBLE in civil trials. Since city judges are appointed, not elected, they are part of the executive branch, not judicial branch, so constitutional law orders that city judges CANNOT decide any criminal cases. As the Bush-worshippers on this site will enjoy, my cousin has threatened to sue me for posting the fact that she's my cousin, and linking to the official Tennessee govt website with her bio and govt photo. Apparently, her ex-husband is "Jewish", so her daughters are 1/2 "Jewish", so perhaps that's her gripe, tho Israeli Govt and "Jews" HATE her and her duaghters so much that Jewish rabbis call her and her daughters subhuman cattle (goyim) with no legal rights, and they are not allowed to be citizens of Israel.

Of course, "licensed judges" are just as evil as the pro se judges. Judge Wheeler Rosenbalm declared to me, "You can't use the Constitution in MY courtroom! You might be able to go over there to federal court, but it's not going to work here!" I still won that appeal from city court, in "Rosenbalm's" county circuit court, by using the Rules of Civil Procedure, not Constitutional Law. Judge Rosenbalm was sued for $500,000 for embezzling from "his" Baptist church, with an unlicensed contractor building a defective roof that might collapse and kill 1,000 Christians. Rosenbalm is a popular Jewish name.

I wonder this Jewish issue keeps popping up in US courts and poly ticks? I wonder why most of Bush Jr's NeoCon White House staff are currently citizens of Israel, including Michael Chertoff, Bush's director of "Homeland Security And Wide-Open Borders"? New York City is referred to as Jew York, which bombed itself on 9/11 to embezzle billions of dollars from Gangsta Govt and insurance companies...

Don't subscribe to the NYTimes, so I didn't read the article.

For the record I will prosecute a judge who breaks the law to the same extent I would a Pirate who gets caught driving drunk. Its not the person or their position I care about...its the part where they go to jail. I especially like it when they cry...but not once have I ever given out a "favor" or something like it...guess I'm due.

Even further off topic - I'm here on my day off, working on reports for some toxic samples that were so nasty the papers that sat next to the closed stainless steel containers still reek. :vapors:

added - the sad part is there are people living right against the chain-link fence to this place.
