From the article:
Britain is apparently to blame for just about all of the planet's problems. In its days of might and glory, our Sceptred Isle was in fact an Evil Empire that enslaved the world, and is today responsible for everything from African genocides to the Iraq War and the conflict between Palestine and Israel.

Sigh. I guess PN was always right about you.

So we've stopped blaming France now?

Blaming the French is more fun...

'Bush' is an English surname, so I guess blaming Bush still works in the new theory.

It's not all Britain's fault. It's all my fault, specifically, I made them do it, I made them do everything.

I made them colonise America and declare independence specifically because I knew it would lead to the Bush administration. All me.

And I would have got away with it too if it weren't for you pesky kids.

Actualy the Normans created the basis for what would become "The British Empire" and since they were technically French we can go back to blaming "Johnny Crappo" without much further adoo.

And so the natural order of things is restored.

I blame myself.
Gozer the Gozarian read my thoughts as to the worst possible bringer of destruction, and then the Bush Administration materialized. I'm sorry, I should have visualized the Stay-Puft marshmallow man; then we would have stood a chance.

I did say "technically French".
Yes they were Vikings but they lived in France, spoke French, took Poofy French names and put the idea of invading people into the English psyche . So I say "Bog off Froggy".

So, they were pansy vikings. Point is they weren't pure breed French, cause everyone knows the French couldn't invade England.

The French have always been stirrers. They knew they couldn't manage it so they pushed other people into it.

So the crux of this guy's book is that everyone else is such a wuss that we're the only ones responsable for world history?

The French are definately up to something. The bloke who wrote this book is probably French, that would explain his empire envy.
