This maniac Cho should NEVER have been allowed to be walking around free. He should have been locked in a straight-jacket inside a padded cell back in 2005....instead they checked off a box on a form that said: "imminent threat and danger to himself and others" and let him just walk out the door.

What we are increasingly facing here is a battle...a battle for the definition of our country. I say...the safety of the public comes first, no exceptions. These elitist "professionals" and their WALLS OF PROTECTION must be defeated. Psychiatrists, doctors, lawyers, etc MUST be compelled to report A DANGER TO SOCIETY whenever they have reasonable and documented suspicion.

Where is it written that a mob lawyer can chat with his murdering Mafia thug in jail and have attorney-client privilidge? It's not in the US Constitution...it was made up. Where is it written that pyschiatrists and suicide hotlines can use privacy concerns as a reason to expose all of us to monsters like this Cho?...Nowhere, except in their own self-gratifying world of superiority.

This is ALL an outgrowth of Political Correctness run fucking amok....Everyone AFRAID to pass a judgement, afraid to report, afraid to question...all due to the fear of a fucking LAWSUIT....and of course all the bleeding heart liberals and their pedophillic-friendly judges who refuse to call sex crimes...crimes...but instead look at all these monsters as needing treatment. Does all this scare you a bit? I'm sure it does here at FFF. It's fucking time for personal accountability to the general good and safety of our citizens...if you can't get over all your apprehensions about loss of privacy, then don't ever fucking ask why when the next massacre occurs.

Scuse me while I call bullshit on you.

California

mental health professionals have a duty to protect individuals who are being threatened with bodily harm by a patient. The original 1974 decision mandated warning the threatened individual, but a 1976 rehearing of the case by the California Supreme Court called for a "duty to protect" the intended victim. The professional may discharge the duty in several ways, including notifying police, warning the intended victim, and/or taking other reasonable steps to protect the threatened individual.

The shrink screwed the pooch on this one, they ARE compelled to do so, and he/she dropped the ball - take issue with that instead of whining.

And next time you shoot off your mouth, maybe load your brain first, cause it's the empty weapon that fires the loudest.

Can't argue with that....statistics prove that carry-permit states have seen their gun deaths drop significantly, as opposed to strict gun control places like Washington DC, where it continues to skyrocket.

Well... when one states something which is not true, like you did, as if it were fact, when it is indeed not - it's generally called bullshit.

He backed up his info - which is more than you seem capable of. You ranted like a petulent child, then called names when someone pointed out that you were full of.... bullshit.

Try backing up what you say, with, you know... something factual, and maybe you'll be taken more seriously.

But I'll gladly join him, as I tend to side with those who know what the fuck they're talking about, and not those who are just ranting like an idiot about how everything is the fault of those evil liberals.

But thanks for proving my observation that you're a moron.

Subject is irrational, hostile and abusive to others. Has referred repeatedly to "them" and "they" who have allowed bad things to happen to society. Seems to believe there is some kind of conspiricy involving "bleeding heart liberals" and "pedophillic friendly judges." Becomes extremely agitated when this theory is questioned, resorting to swearing, abusive responses etc.

Recommend that subject be detained for futher observation and treatment. Please prepare the straightjacket and padded room.

Damn, are you even capable of a rational response, or do you just insult everyone who disagrees with you?

Because "Fuck off" doesn't exactly indicate you are anything other than a child incapable of discourse.

So, let me put this to you very simply: What is your problem? You said something, that was debunked by actual evidence. And all you can come up with in response is "fuck off"?

Unless you have something to back your assertations, or dispute the evidence presented, your making yourself look like a total retard. It's pretty pathetic, and more than a little funny.

Come on. At least try to form an intellegent response. Right now, you just sound like a hard-right version of Piratenews.

Not flamebaiting. If he has an actual point to make, I'd like to hear it - regardless of whether I agree or not.

But if someone spouts falsehoods - on either side of the issue - they deserved to be called out on it.

And if, once called on it, all they have as a response is "fuck off" - then they deserve any ridicule they recieve.

Note that he still hasn't even tried to back his statement.

Oh, quit worrying! I'm fine

I've been making light of this subject so far, but there is a serious issue here - the stigma associated with mental illness. Mental illness is not talked about. No one wants to know about it. No one wants to deal people who have it. No one who has it wants to admit they have it and no one related to them wants to admit it either.

Being mentally ill can lose you friends, make you a stranger in your community and get you fired from your job - all because people automatically assume it makes you dangerous or unhinged. When people think of mental illness the first thing that comes to mind is acts like the shooting at Virginia Tech - violent, mindless acts that leave people dead and wounded.

But that's only one tiny fraction of the reality. Statistically, one fifth of the Virginia Tech student population has or has had a mental illness. Hell, that'll go up now that the campus en masse will be facing shock, depression and possibly a few cases of PTSD. Reactionary comments about "locking up the crazies for the public good" won't do anyone any favours. It's lumping all mentally ill people in one big, black box and shoving them out of the way where they can't be seen. It trivialises a hugely complicated issue. And it's unacceptable.

People facing mental health issues need to know that there are people they can trust. They need to know that they will be treated with dignity and respect. They need to know that their cases will be evaluated fairly and that they will have a voice in their treatment. If they don't believe those things, they won't get help. Would you go to your doctor if you thought he might tell your boss you were unstable? Would you visit a psychiatrist if you thought social services were going to take away your kids?

Cleary something went horribly, tragically wrong with the care (or lack thereof) Cho was receiving. It's awful and it's something that needs to be looked at. But comments like this aren't going to help the situation one iota. They're just going to make it even harder for mental health practitioners to do their job.

It's relevant that the worst school slaughter in USA was perped by an elected govt official, using a controlled demolition of preinstalled explosives. Sound familiar?

This US politician also became the world's first suicide car bomber.

Virginia Tech Massacre is kindergarten compared to what an elected member of a government school board did to little children in Michigan USA.

http://freepages.history.rootsweb.com/~bauerle/disaster.htm

On the morning of May 18, Kehoe first killed his wife and then set his farm buildings on fire. As fire fighters arrived at the farm, an explosion devastated the north wing of the school building, killing many of the people inside. Kehoe used a detonator to ignite dynamite and hundreds of pounds of pyrotol which he had secretly planted inside the school over the course of many months. As rescuers started gathering at the school, Kehoe drove up, stopped, and detonated a bomb inside his shrapnel-filled vehicle, killing himself and the school superintendent, and killing and injuring several others. During the rescue efforts, searchers discovered an additional 500 pounds (230 kg) of unexploded dynamite and pyrotol planted throughout the basement of the school's south wing.

Sources: Feds Ordered VA Police To Stand Down

Local authorities were told to take no action to pursue killer

Paul Joseph Watson
Prison Planet
Friday, April 20, 2007

Police and EMT workers at Virginia Tech tell us that campus police were given a federal order to stand down and not pursue killer Cho Seung-Hui as Monday's bloodshed unfolded. Though wishing to remain anonymous for obvious reasons, we have received calls from police and EMT's who tell us that a stand down order was in place, and this is also confirmed by eyewitness Matt Kazee, who is a Blacksburg local. Kazee talked to local EMT's and police who told him the same thing, that the order was to wait until federal back up arrived before any action was taken. This explains the complete non-response of the police in the two hour gap between Cho's first two murders and the wider rampage that would follow later that morning. The policy of federal control over the University was put in place following a previous shooting in August 2006 in which a police officer and a hospital security guard were killed.

Strange Virginia Tech Coincidences

Kurt Nimmo | April 20, 2007

As “News Commentary” on the Truthseeker website notes, Virginia Tech is an “active partner” with DARPA, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency. In addition, the CIA actively recruits VT students, holding events the spook agency bills as “career information” sessions.
www.darpa.mil

“News Commentary” claims “Blacksburg, VA houses a US government ABOVE TOP SECRET underground laboratory (in the side of a local Blacksburg mountain) that develops in conjunction with DARPA, weapons such as human robotic mind control programming.” A Google search, however, turns up no mention of mind control experiments, of course, but there is plenty of reference to the “ Deep Underground Science and Engineering Laboratory … 7,000 feet under Butt Mountain” in Blacksburg.
www.phys.vt.edu/news/dusel102504.html

Part of the AMADEUS Project (Advanced MAnipulation for DEep Underwater Sampling), funded by the European Commission (i.e., the executive body of the one-world European Union), the Deep Underground Science and Engineering Laboratory, according to The Pit Bulletin (the newsletter of the Department of Mining and Minerals Engineering at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University), is designed for “military needs, ranging from unique designs for underground sporting arenas to storing various types of waste materials…. the AMADEUS team feel that the expanding world population is creating a demand for additional types of underground construction.” As well, an “expanding world population” may call for the development of “perfect weapons” long sought by DARPA and the Pentagon, including avian influenza H5N1, an area of research at VT, according to Virginia Tech News (a Google reference points to a page that currently produces an SQL error). “If I were reincarnated, I would wish to be returned to Earth as a killer virus to lower human population levels,” Prince Phillip (current King of England).

Finally, a resume posted on the VT Computer Science Department website by Robert G. Ball notes grants awarded to the university by ARDA/DTO, short for Advanced Research and Development Activity, Disruptive Technology Office. “ARDA was created in 1998 after the model of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) by the Director of Central Intelligence and the Department of Defense, and took responsibility for funding some of DARPA's projects,” explains Wikipedia . “There has been speculation that the DTO is continuing research efforts started under the Total Information Awareness program (TIA) in DARPA's Information Awareness Office (IAO)…. Although ARDA's budget is presumably classified as part of the intelligence budget, the New York Times quoted an unnamed former government official saying the agency spent about $100 million a year in 2003. The Associated Press reports that ARDA had a staff of only eight in 2004.” Early last year, I reported that DTO was to be run by John Negroponte (see my TIA “Disruptive Technology” Subverting Bill of Rights ).

Of course, all of this secret and not so secret activity on the Virginia Tech campus and environs is not definitive evidence Cho Seung-Hui was a government produced mind-control assassin. However, it does indicate VT serves as a hub for experimental and prototype DoD technologies.

Beware "Selective Enforcement". If a CIA recruit in Project Manchuria tries to blow the whistle on his brainwash, then the headshrinkers will kick him out of the Loony Bin in 24 hours. Was Cho trying to blow the whistle on his govt mission, by mailing some videos to NBC, with him re-enacting scenes from Oldboy, a movie agout a kidnap victim in a private dungeon for 15 years, tortured, doped and mind-controlled, who finally "escaped" (turned loose after amnesia) and killed his criminal tormenters?

After all, Cho's sister is employed by the CIA... While at Princeton she worked in the US embassy in Thailand, running drugs for the Bush Crime Family.

Anyone else gets 30 days minimum in the loony bin, like the wing commander at the Tennessee Air National Guard base in Knoxville, after a "routine traffic stop" for DUI, when even the cop and the hospital said he hadn't been drinking...

If you say you've had suicidal or homicidal "thoughts", that's a thought crime, so it's to jail for you, no trial allowed. Never mind that all treatments for mental illness make the victim MORE likely to go insane, OD or kill, due to 99.99% medical malpractice that murders 2.5-million US citizens every year.
www.lef.org/magazine/mag2004/mar2004_awsi_death_01.htm

Or a life sentence, in the case of govt whistleblowers, like Dr. Charles Thomas Sell, the US Army forensic dentist who testified that the little babies in the Waco Church Masscre were shot in the head by govt death squads with full-auto machine guns. Dr Sell is still serving a life sentence on death row in a loony bin, without trial, without appeal, doped into catatonia, for refusing to change his testimony.

Every now and then my gangsta govt does something right:

Quote:

"In a surprise move, a House panel voted today to repeal a state law that forbids the carrying of handguns on property and buildings owned by state, county and city governments — including parks and playgrounds. 'I think the recent Virginia disaster — or catastrophe or nightmare or whatever you want to call it — has woken up a lot of people to the need for having guns available to law-abiding citizens,' said Rep. Frank Niceley, R-Strawberry Plains. 'I hope that is what this vote reflects.'"
-Knoxville News Sentinel, "Tennessee moves to allow guns in public buildings," April 20, 2007
www.knoxnews.com/kns/state/article/0,1406,KNS_348_5491437,00.html

But then again, this week is anniversay of Gangsta Govt bombing the OKC fed building, with bombs planeted inside the max-security building (just like the Bath School Massacre), to blame an active-duty US Army Special Forces Sgt. Read Pentagon's declassified Operation Northwoods and Gladio at www.Wikipedia.org, where US gangsta govt confessed to bombing USA and West Europe. But VA Tech couldn't be a govt psyop?

At Waco/Crawford, of course, the Jewish-led US Army, NATO and Communist Russian Spetzatz used fullauto machine guns and plenty of bombs, tanks and flamethrowers to massacre 80 babies, women and children, shooting any who tried to escape. But VA Tech couldn't be a govt psyop?

Quote:

"Mr. Chairman: In my letter to you of July 15, 1977, I reported our recent discovery of seven boxes of documents related to Project MKULTRA, a closely held CIA project conducted from 1953-1964. As you may recall, MKULTRA was an "umbrella project" under which certain sensitive subprojects were funded, involving among other things research on drugs and behavioral modification. During the Rockefeller Commission and Church Committee investigations in 1975, the cryptonym became publicly known when details of the drug-related death of Dr. Frank Olsen were publicized. In 1953 Dr. Olsen, a civilian employee of the Army at Fort Detrick, leaped to his death from a hotel room window in New York City about a week after having unwittingly consumed LSD administered to him as an experiment at a meeting of LSD researchers called by CIA. Most of what was known about the Agency's involvement with behavioral drugs during the investigations in 1975 was contained in a report on Project MKULTRA prepared by the Inspector General's office in 1963. As a result of that report's recommendations, unwitting testing of drugs on U.S. citizens was subsequently discontinued. The MKULTRA-related report was made available to the Church Committee investigators and to the staff of Senator Kennedy's Subcommittee on Health. Until the recent discovery, it was believed that all of the MKULTRA files dealing with behavioral modification had been destroyed in 1973 on the orders of the then retiring Chief of the Office of Technical Service, with the authorization of the DCI, as has been previously reported. Almost all of the people who had had any connection with the aspects of the project which interested Senate investigators in 1975 were no longer with the Agency at that time. Thus, there was little detailed knowledge of the MKULTRA subprojects available to CIA during the Church Committee investigations. The 1963 Inspector General report on MKULTRA made available to both the Church Committee and Senator Kennedy's Subcommittee mentions electro-shock and harassment substances (pp. 4, 16); covert testing on unwitting U.S. citizens (pp. 7, 10-12); the search for new materials through arrangements with specialists in universities, pharmaceutical houses, hospitals, state and federal institutions, and private research organizations (pp. 7, 9); and the fact that the Technical Service Division of CIA had initiated 144 subprojects related to the control of human behavior between 1953-1963 (p. 21)."
-Admiral Stansfield Turner, Director of Central Intelligence, U.S. Senate Hearing on MKULTRA, 1973
www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/history/e1950/mkultra/index.htm

"QKHILLTOP was a cryptonym assigned in 1954 to a project to study Chinese Communist brainwashing techniques and to develop interrogation techniques. Most of the early studies are believed to have been conducted by the Cornell University Medical School Human Ecology Study Programs. The effort was absorbed into the MKULTRA program and the QKHILLTOP cryptonym became obsolete."
-U.S. Senate Hearing on MKULTRA, Appendix C, QKHILLTOP DEFINITION, 1973
www.druglibrary.org/schaffer/history/e1950/mkultra/AppendixC.htm

"The concepts involved in manipulating behavior are found by many people both within and outside the Agency to be distasteful and unethical. Nevertheless, there have been major accomplishments both in research and operational employment. Over the ten-year life of the program many additional avenues to the control of human behavior have been designated under the MKULTRA charter, including radiation, electro-shock, and harassment substances. Some activities raise questions of legality implicit in the original charter. A final phase of the testing places the rights and interests of US citizens in jeopardy. Technical Services Division initiated a program for covert testing of materials on unwitting US citizens in 1955. TSD has pursued a philosophy of minimum documentation in keeping with the high sensitivity of the projects. Some files contained little or no data at all. There are just two individuals in TSD who have full knowledge of the MKULTRA program, and most of that knowledge is unrecorded."

FROM: CIA Inspector General, NB 108-113, 26 July 1963
www.wanttoknow.info/mindcontrol#_ednref13

"We need a program of psychosurgery for political control of our society. The purpose is physical control of the mind. Everyone who deviates from the given norm can be surgically mutilated. The individual may think that the most important reality is his own existence, but this is only his personal point of view. This lacks historical perspective. Man does not have the right to develop his own mind. This kind of liberal orientation has great appeal. We must electrically control the brain. Some day armies and generals will be controlled by electrical stimulation of the brain."
-Dr. Jose Delgado, Director of Neuropsychiatry, Yale University Medical School prof and CIA mind control scientist, Congressional Record, No 26, vol 118 February 24th, 1974

"'They're hurting us. Get me out!' The Government was playing with her brain. They opened up her skull and cut into her brain. The only reason you do that is to lobotomize somebody. They did it over, and over..."

"How can I get the Captain to shoot a cop in the face, and make it right? That extra moment of sadism - that's the thing that says it's okay, buddy, you're not up to spec, you're going down!"

The originator of this thread put out the titled opinioned statement a full half-day before O'Reilly chose to make it his talkng points memo and theme Thursday night. Is it possible that he out-O'Reilly'd O'Reilly? Many would certainly consider that dangerous and scary.
