Sad days it is, when PRAVDA is more accurate, more honest, and frankly FAR more entertaining than modern "mainstream news" here.

They appear to have it in for Condi, which amuses me to no end, and do themselves and their readers the favor of not taking life so seriously.

Lighthearted that they are, their journalism is in fact far better than our lazy bastards over here who just sit at their desks and copy/paste each others copy/pastes of press releases all day long.

Howdy, Khyron! Yeah, I swore off FFF.net for a while, but I still lurk now and again.

My bet is that some poor intern heard "18 times faster than the speed of sound" (which is obviously really fast, but not implausibly so), and somehow typed "than the speed of light." The frightening thing is: aren't the interns college students? Well--don't they teach physics in college these days??
