I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

I heard comments today that it looks like McCain has had a stroke since his left eye is drooping badly.

Dunno.... what do you think? Truth to the rumor?

Not just his eye - his eyebrow and mouth as well. If it was just his eye I'd say it could be local nerve damage. And it may be nothing, in fact

But if it was true, along with Ronnie Reagan and George 'Dubya' Bush that would make him the perfect candidate. What better than a brain-damaged president who's easy to control ?

Could also be Bell's Palsy, I guess. But if that were the case he should say so, since Bell's is a self-limiting viral reaction.

Ever see Devil's Rain? McCain is melting. Palin will control the world, if they win.
This is very disconcerting.

There is a noticeable problem with the left side of McCain's face - not just his eye... these rumors have been going around for a while and it appears to me that there is some truth to them..

McCain is loath to release medical records, so all we have to go on is his appearance at this point. I certainly hope the rumors about stroke are not true - i wouldn't wish that on anyone, but if there is a chance of a deteriorating health problem it should be made known to the public before the election.

Bell's Palsy often comes with a lot of pain. I don't see that in his actions. It could also be myasthenia gravis, though that would tend to be bilateral. It could be a bad botox treatment. It could be a problem with the facial nerve (VII) near or at its origin, which is the brainstem.

In any case, I'm guessing, like with Bush when he had significant facial droop, US media will not film him from his 'bad side' but foreign media like the BBC will.

You think you know--what's to come, what you are. You haven't even begun.

So I'm just curious, not to be too callous about a potential serious medical problem (even he doesn't deserve that) but what happens if he dies before the election? Is Palin automatically the candidate or do they chose a runner-up from those who were looking for the nomination? Does the election need to be delayed in this case? Does it become a case of Obama running against some of the third (fourth, fifth, however many) party candidates? I'm sure such a thing has never happened, and probably won't happen this time... though it's been an election of firsts... but what if?

You may say I'm a dreamer. But I'm not the only one.

"A few months ago, I told the American people I did not trade arms for hostages. My heart and my best intentions still tell me that's true, but the facts and evidence tell me it is not."

You want a repeat of this? Vote McStroke.

McCain's chief spokesperson Igor would like to reassure us that "McCain is as fit right now as he he was on that stormy night of lightening and thunder when he was...Ooops!...nevermind...I have to go now!"

Anyway, he'll be at the debate tonight.

Maybe they'll scotch-tape his eyebrow and eyelid up and we'll get to see a box between his shoulder blades. Or get to hear him snarl "LET ME FINISH!" to the voices in his head.

Urghhh. Now I'm gonna have to give myself 20 lashes for being so snarky!

Unsurprising, it's not like the GOP hasn't done this before, with the usual laughable results.

America loves a winner!

But this covert operation has been enjoying soooo much success ! Why would Trump ever stop it unless he's , as Colbert so tactfully put it, Putin's cock holster ?

Gee... and Kerry ADMITS that Obama let ISIS ( JV team ) grow and prosper , doing nothing, for the sake of breaking Bashar al-Assad ! For fuck's sake ! Didn't Obama scoff at suggestions by critics that he didn't do enough to stop the rise of ISIS ?? That damn lying sack of camel shit !!

Let's " debate " about ISIS ...

( Oh,and btw... Syria's Chem weapons were destroyed, thanks to Obama ROFLMAO!!!! )

Getting back to McCain - irl he now has glioblastoma.

http://www.cnn.com/2017/07/19/health/gupta-mccain-glioblastoma/index.h
tml

average survival for malignant glioblastoma tends to be around 14 months with treatment ... Still, one 2009 study reported that almost 10% of patients with glioblastoma may live five years or longer
