I have a vote and I'm not afraid to use it!

The NBC station reports that officials with the U.S. Office of Special Counsel have started an investigation of the Sheriff under the question of "did he use his position as sheriff to influence an election? If so, he could be in violation of a federal election law called the Hatch Act." The basis the Feds are using is whether Scott was campaigning while on duty and in uniform.

Funny how the feds never prosecuted the sheriff of McMinn County Tennessee for shooting black voters in the election polls, then absconded with all ballot boxes, resulting in a gunfight between 500 WW2 vets and 300 cops. That was the Battle of Athens in 1947.

I was at a GOP rally tonight in Knoxville TN, attended by sheriff JJ Jones. Don't recall if he was in uniform, since he left early. Lots of deputies and sheriff commanders were in uniform (paid overtime by whom?). But rallys don't extort voters. This one gave away free food, free music and free TVs, except for $5 parking (who stole that money?!)

I discussed with Congressman Duncan about foreign Totalization Agreements for Social Security, since my case involves that. Duncan said he's against that for illegal aliens, and so am I. But since I was overseas for 8 years paying UK taxes, I can claim those credits. Since illegal aliens get full SS pension after 18 months, then so do I, per Equal Protection doctrine of 14th Amendment to US Constitution. Otherwise that law must be overturned, and illegals must pay 5 years of taxes before being insured by SS, just like US citizens. So either I get my pension, or 50 million illegal aliens don't. Congressman's office will call me tomorrow and start the investigation.
