CBS's ratings are there lowest ever. NYT ad rev is down 16% and now New Jersey's biggest news paper is cutting it's news staff in half. Rite now all there ratings and ad rev should be up now correct? I've been feeling down latly, but when I read stuff like this on a Saturday morning I look forward to the day.

It's too easy to log into CNN.com and get a smattering of the day. It's too easy to read a hundred good webcomics for free. Very low incentive for folks to buy papers and have them delivered.

Yes, you can get all your news at sites like Drudge Report, Breitbart, Zap2it etc. Plus you do'nt have to recycle. BUT! When you look at FOX NEWS getting better ratings for the debates then the networks, that says somthing about viewing taste.

I knew that already - look at the sludge that passes for entertainment these days, while something noteably good, yanno, like Firefly, gets shitcanned off the air.
