...I judge people by the content of their character, not the color of their skin, sexual orientation (that should be a private for everyone) or any thing else. Everyone should have the chance for a good education and the opportunity to better themselves.

All though I didn't vote for him (but I did give some Democrats some bipartisan love-I vote for the person best qualified for the position) I'll give the President-Elect time to see what he does and if I disagree I'll do it respectfully, just like I do with the current President...

I just haven't seen too many "middle of the roaders" around here. It seems that both sides have their strong defenders and someone needed to speak up for us "conservative liberals" or "liberal conservatives" as a friend called us one day.

My daughter has Asparger's Syndrome, basically she's in that nether region between high functioning autism, ADHD and learning disabilities.

She's currently enrolled in the local community college in the web design program and does well in their small classes. We joke that she has the "ultimate geek syndrome" and I think that she'll be making more money than I do one day.
