I just saw the headlines and have yet to read 'why' he pulled out. Investigated for what?

Richardson is a huge supporter of Obamas, and this would be a terrible blow for the administration. I personally think the guy has his strong points, and I'm curious as to what the deal is on his resigning.

Wonder what James Carville thinks of this, " the Judas " having to pull out, like this.
