'...The U.S. Supreme Court ruled unanimously to overturn an Arizona Court of Appeals opinion limiting the power of police to conduct physical searches of citizens during routine encounters.

The appeal to the nation's highest court stems from a 2007 split decision by a Tucson appellate panel that found police did not have sufficient reason to conduct a "pat-down" search of Lemon Montrea Johnson after he agreed to get out of a vehicle during a traffic stop for an unrelated matter in 2002. Don't worry about this one. Cops have always had authority to pat-down for "weapons", and this Crip had a gun. Crip was stupid enough to open his mouth and confess to a burglery conviction. That's whet he gets for being too illiterate to read the US Constition. Probably an illegal alien.

Officers at the scene reportedly pulled over the vehicle with suspended insurance...

The real issue is that no court can require any person buy a private "insurance" contract as condition to travel. THAT would be a great legal defense to this bogus pretext to "exit the vehicle". That's why state statutes have a long list of "exceptions" to the "requirement for financial security".

"Financial security" is NOT defined as "insurance" in state statutes.

The typical car insurance policy only covers $75,000, which is the cost of one broken bone. Anything above $75,000 results in additional lawsuit to seize all property of the driver, which is not covered by insurance. So "insurance" does NOT protect you.

Insurance corp executives pay themselves $200,000 PER WEEK personal salary, or more. Jew Warren Buffet at GEICO Govt Employees Insurance Corp paid himself $35-BILLION personal salary in 1 year, TAX FREE.

DON'T FEED THE PIGS.
