At the risk of his own life, the "Gaffe Master" jumped on board a train and went home. Was this brave or what? He could have gotten the Piggy Flu but got on anyway.

My guess is he was protected by Seceret Service Agents who had orders to shoot and kill anyone who came near him who had sniffles.
