Sure, sure- under a great deal of pressure and visibility, the pharmas and hospitals have "promised" to lower prices... leaving the health insurances off scot-free. And I'll betcha $100 that not even two years from now, with the dust settled and their high-profile receding, the pharmas and hospitals will go back to the same-old-same-old: gouging everyone for what they're worth. And we'll still be spending 20% of our GDP on health care!

All I wanted was to be able to BUY Medicare. To put my $$$ inot a system which only has 3% overhewad and NO profit. Now, I get bent over the barrel again!
