Gotta give the man credit for not tazering him and confiscating the camera.

Actually... it's really kind of weird that's not how it went down.

What do you suppose kept it from being a violent altercation that had no video proof?

I'm thinking one or more of the following....

A) Cops finally are learning their lessons and actually firing off some synapses before going Incredible Hulk on innocent, non-violent protesters.

B) The large amount of people there that were on the cop's side during the altercation that may have turned on him if he stooped to violence and illegal detaining.

C) They know they've already won and this really isn't America anymore and they don't need to waste their breath since they knew that crazy honky didn't have the balls to put that poster back up.

D) That cop, who is obviously diabetic, doesn't like exerting much energy and was already damn near close to having a heart attack trying to kill his urge to tazer this guy while seeing his Master dissed.
