Obama's right wing enough for me.
I think his fiscal policy will drive us over the cliff, but we were headed there anyway.
What does it matter if fat cats keep getting fatter
It worries me a little that he wants to interfere in people's lives, but hyper interference is already over the top, any sane person would have divorced themselves from it long ago.
I think the war is just as bad as the last one, this is US policy: kill other people's children. DC kills life on earth, it's what it does. Nothing good ever came out of DC, don't expect it to:

Here's some:

1. CCC camps and the New Deal: IOW, the govt. reinvents slavery, and keeps the depression alive for another 20 years
2. DC repeals slavery which it Ok'd in the first place
3. DC lowers/raises taxes, a problem they created.
4. DC ends a war they started
5. DC puts a ban on a small amount of environmental destruction that they started themselve, allows others to continue.

The list goes on.

DC is no more capable of being good than a bear is capable of being a good neighbor.

Conclusion: Obama's as good as we're going to get. He can't be "good" because he's a president, and presidents lead the Fed. govt, and the Fed. govt is evil. But He's good PR, we can travel overseas, and when the now inevitable depression strikes, we the people are going to have to be ready to see that 8 million don't die like last time.

Cause I don't have the time and not feeling too well, I'll just post a few more thoughts:

We went to the moon I can't prove there were guys, or that the footage i real, but we got there. It's harder to get on and off the Earth than the moon by far. The atmosphere is an impediment as is the strong gravity. If we can make it to space, we can make it to the moon. The worst evidence against it is the "no trail" on landing. Engines would have to be on and off. The best is "wavy flag" the whole flag thing was probably done on a sound stage, that's just the sort of phony photo op that we do, look at Iwo Jima.

The US flag is that of the British East India Company. I don't know why. I don't buy that everything is a jewish conspiracy or that all jews conspiracize, if that's a word, but Pirate News' posts do show a level of paranoia that's healthy, even when he's wrong. There's more sinister conspiracy than benevolent overlord.

Sinister means left-handed. Sorry about that. I like the word. Actually all our nefarious words insult someone. Nefarious: to speak against God.

As long as we're moral and upright, we'll get snowed by wicked (from wicca) tricksters (those who adorn themselves with artistry) so we should just become underhanded (to pitch in a quiet fashion, to act unobtrusively). Most negative words actually just mean "Not christian" unless they're old enough to simply mean "not jewish." (negative, that which negates, prohibits.)

Anyway, the Blue Sun company's mistake was creating the alliance: They should have created the Red Sun company as a foil. Then Mal and Zoe could face off against Book and Inara, and no actual opposition would ever be achieved.

The etymology part was just poking fun at Mike's assertion that words could be intellectually defined, rather than by usage.
