no i remember the rest, i heard it first hand. well ok, i confuse it with the speech he gave.. something to the effect of 'we can no longer, just.. set our thermostats at 72 degrees, year-round.. and expect the rest of the world to be OK with that.' hes been jabbering for 2 years now, he's said plenty of incriminating things. the point being, Barak thinks the world governments have the moral authority to micromanage our behavior! its as simple as that.. and thats what he's telling us. its the logical consequence of his postion, either you agree with him or you believe in personal liberty and freedom of choice.
