After 3 years, today I got a judge's "opinion" from fed court alleging I'm guilty of the crime of safely driving without crashing, while being chased by a lunatic cop driving like a maniac.

In my appeal, I'll argue that Dept of Justice does not exist, since the executive branch does not exist, since Dictator Saddam Hussein Obama Bin Laden Soetoro is an illegal alien. I'll seek discovery of his AWOL birth certificate, since I have standing as a criminal defendant already in a criminal case. Objection to jurisdiction may occur at any time, even after appeal. Motion to dismiss for failure to prosecute.

Here's the fed cop I filed criminal charges against, caught in the act arresting citizens for the crime of parking at zero mph:
