Can the Court hold you in contempt for a suggestive of offensive t-shirt? Yes.

Should the Judge do it? Depends on the circumstances. My local Judges will call someone out on their attire (or sometimes lack thereof in the summer). Usually this is a lecture, maybe a little public dressing down (so to speak). Jail usually only comes if the person reacts badly and its rare for a person to go to jail although I've seen them spend an afternoon sitting in Court 'in custody' learning their lesson.

I'm not sure why you call her "Jew Judge", even if she's Jewish...its not relevant to the discussion. I note for the record that you consider everyone you don't like to be either a "Jew" or a servant of the "Jews". Might want to talk about that with your Jew therapist.
