The DSMs change as science and culture evolved. Psychiatry will never be a perfect science; SCIENCE will never be a perfect science; even just the number of people misdiagnosed with psychitric disorders or the wrong disorder all the time is pretty hefty. Stating old data as fact is a pure and simple lie, just like all the rest of what you posted.
