A C130 gunship just buzzed my house on full afterburner at 100 foot altitude in the dark.

Then I heard a woman scream in the yard...but no one was there.

Looks like it was pretty late/early where you were, PN, especially because Hawaii is, what, 3, four hours before most of the continental US?

Maybe you were just having a weird waking dream, coupled with a bit of combat flashback from Gulf War syndrome.

I have weird waking dreams, too, they involve people hiding in my closet loudly arguing about how they're going to kill me, and five tall creepy guys in black robes, very ring-wraith-esque, that hover around me.

I dunno, ask your neighbors if they saw/ heard anything if it seems like not a dream? They're probably used to you by now.
