Actually, 100% of fed tax money goes to the jewish private "Federal" Reserve Bank. All money spent by the fed govt is borrowed from the private "Fed" Bank at interest, which the private "Fed" Bank counterfeited out of thin air. Or is borrowed from Communist China.
