A member of the Greek Parliament, Κωστής Χατζηδάκης, was attacked and brutally assaulted by a group of protestors, December 15 2010 during a Nationwide Strike in Athens. Κωστής Χατζηδάκης, a member of the political party Nea Dimokratia (“New Democracy” right conservative) was later taken to the hospital.
