First of all, as a comment: You remind me most of someone with their back to a wall, swinging his knife wildly as passersby. But nobody is attacking you. You are instantly ready to post a video whose main message is FIIIIIGHT!!!. It seems to me that you're a ball full of anger, just looking for a reason to explode. Can you tone down the pissed-offed-ness long enough to have a discussion?

Did you not notice the irony of claiming that "liberals" are the intolerant ones by backing up that claim with a long list of people or viewpoints that you don't tolerate, and another long list of people that offend you? Feminists, blacks, atheists, socialists, liberals, environmentalists. You are SO pissed off at everyone that you wind up doing exactly what you claim is offensive. Your posts are full of contradictions between what you DO and what you claim to believe in. In the interests of keeping the hoped-for discussion focused, I'm going to limit it to two topics.

I get that you had a rough childhood in an overwhelmingly black neighborhood and that it has scarred you, but looking at your current life, have you been discriminated against while you were voting? At your workplace? Renting? Dealing with your bank? When you shop? Getting a driver's license? Driving? Taking a plane ride? Do you have a hard time finding a bathroom because you're white, or male? Do people talk about lazy whites? Do they pass email around about stupid blond males who have air between their ears? Does anyone dismiss something you said because you were just a bitchy guy? What are you reacting to? Again, if you want to discuss this I actually do expect an answer from you. Not a video.

I'm trying to get an idea of what Wulf is so worked up about, and why. Explore some questions like: And what then...? But what if...? It's called "discussing". Yanno, mutually noodling on an idea, listening to what someone else is saying, and responding. Something that Wulf claims he WANTS to do but nobody will do it with him. Well, here's his chance, in a thread that he originated on a topic of his own choosing, I have committed to seriously discussing his ideas with him. I've asked him some questions, and the floor is his. I hope he'll respond back with some examples of what bothers him so much.

This conversation is kind of being shut down before it happens. I think Sig may genuinely want to hear Wulf's arguments, possibly because hearing them repeatedly when it seems so opposite to your personal observations (as I assume to be the case) would prompt the response "okay, so show me."

I've seen Wulf be very forthright about his opinions and platforms in the Wulf President thread, so it does happen. If you call for the man to speak then let him speak.

Okay. I waited a day (during which he posted to numerous threads) because I was interested in the response, as well. When no response was forthcoming, I made a snark. If that turned him off, why hadn't he respond to other threads and not this one BEFORE I snarked? I agree with what you said, but in this instance Sig's question was put quite civilly and invited his response, but none came; hence the snark, because this has happened many times before.

I'll give you that's true, but I can't help but consider the following: why would Wulf WANT to?

Say he feels like he's going to get attacked whether he says anything or not. Some of us might speak up anyway just to be polite and engage in the conversation, but maybe Wulf's looking at this and wondering if it's worth it either way. He doesn't particularly care if he's polite or keeps an agreed upon engagement or not, and as soon as he sees people gathering firewood, he might decide it's not.

That's all I'm saying.

Besides, you're acting like he started the conversation under intellectually honest terms. He didn't. Just like every thread of his, he starts with "Libruls are responsible for everything wrong" approach, then tucks his tail and runs any time someone says something that differs, or DARES to ask him to back up any of his bullshit.
