And yes, I *know* Michael Moore is a pissant and a media whore, there's some... err, history, between us going back to when I lived in Flint, so I know personally what a dickhead he is, but remember what I said about allies, yes ?

What creeps me the hell out about this, is that it is eerily reminiscent of a scene from the book The Road to Damascus, credited to John Ringo but primarily written by Linda Evans - in which Farmers protesting very similar treatment bring their tractors to the capitol as well...
And the newly elected leader sends a Bolo Mark XX to crush them flat, starting off a chain of events resulting in hundreds of the thousands of civilian casualties, in the end.

Thankfully the WI National Guard is staying out of it, despite repeated requests and protestations, not for moral reasons, but rather out of a well justified concern for their own hides, and the notion that if things go to hell, it sure won't be the folks who gave the orders left swinging at the windy corner.

And don't ever delude yourself it can't happen, not after Katrina when it become horribly obvious how it's gonna go if the bastards ever do slip the leash.
