Again, the screenshot you posted shows the printing bid for "RPT 665, ROTC the path to leadership booklet SOD11-650" Yep, sounds all evil-overlordy.

The cryptogon link takes you to a PDF file of a scanned document. I note that it also states that the sealed bid date was the day before you posted it. Too bad, we could have just requested copies of the detainee pamphlet from the government if it had been posted prior to the close of bidding.

Anybody could have created that document and scanned it. It also notes contact people at various offices. Why don't you try contacting them and getting a copy of the pamphlet. It's a government publication for distribution. A FOIA request will get you a copy.

At best you are being scammed by someone who wants to sow mistrust and fear. At worst, you are that person.

You posted a screenshot of the AFTER-censorship website, in order to prove that it had been censored? And you claim it USED TO BE a website soliciting bids for something else? And then you provide a link to the "censored" site again, and no evidence at all that there ever even WAS an "uncensored" site soliciting what you claim?

Wouldn't you expect a detainee manual to be printed in English? After all, if it's for detaining illegal Spanish-speaking aliens, it would only need to be in Spanish is you were having the aliens detain YOU, right?
