There's a blog or two which keep track of this, cause Domestic Violence *IS* a major problem within police ranks as a whole, which is of course made worse when their buddies help obstruct investigations, harrass witnesses and generally make it all but impossible to call them to heel for it.

This makes it really difficult for abused spouses of officers (of either gender, suprisingly) to come forward, since most of the time their only option is to take it up with folk their abusive spouse works with and is on far better terms with than them.

I myself must admit to a little less sympathy than I really should have, honestly, cause just as when you put the jackboot on and zip it up of your own free will, I feel you are wholly responsible for what comes unto you as a result - if you marry a jackboot stomper, then you did kinda know what you were getting into.

On that note: this - and YOU pay for it, is that not insane ?

Last week I had a conversation with a very attractive young lady who was dating a cop. She was either very naive or very brainwashed, presuming all cops are virtuous angels.

I explained my experience having 2 cars stolen by cops, who denied taking them, resulting in class actions, criminal charges, cancelled govt contracts, and guns put to heads. Cops run the cartheft rackets, in bed with the mafias, in all major cities, proven over and over in court settlements.

I also explained a 25-year cop vet telling me about his first burglery "investigation", where his SGT loaded his patrol car with stolen loot. "This is how it's done, son."

She was from a smaller town just outside a City of Soddom. I advised her to just ask her boyfriend 1 question: 'What's the worst thing you've ever seen as a cop?" then shut up and listen for 3 hours.

She never came back to class... Did she run out of time and money? Did she run away from Truth? Did her cop buddy tell her to stay away from Truthers ("domestic terrorists")? Did her cop buddy beat the crap out of her?

She's a single mother just trying to provide for her kid, so a guy with a steady job is very attractive. And cops are paid $100,000/year in TN (50% lower than cops in other states).

Since she dressed slutty and can't keep a man, perhaps she's not too bright? Just like a cop.
