I believe in solving problems, not sharing them.

It's Syria.

Of course, since Syria doesn't have any oil, we aren't going to huff and puff about human rights as a cover for destroying a government.

Actually I am crossing my fingers and hoping the hell we stay out of it - even if we did something like arm or try to protect the rebels, you KNOW the near-inevitable result of that would be propping up some tyrant dickhead...

Like papa doc, pinochet, noriega, saddam, karazi...

All too many of which we wind up crossing sabres with later, as well.

Sometimes the best thing to do, the wisest and sanest, is to stay the hell out of it.

I'm starting to feel more and more like Frem on this one, that we should stay out of things especially since we're in three wars already. Maybe if we had a one-war-at-a-time limit things would be easier. Of course I wouldn't mind if the Quadruple S put some feelers out there to see if the Syrians want something done about it and if they'd have a plan if something was done about it. What should I call it, Quadruple S or S to the Fourth?
