It's not personal. It's just war.

Oh gawd... That's all I can think to say, things have gotten so horrendous...

It will, of course, go nowhere, but knowing what they WANT is what's scary...

Freedom is Important because People are Important

Hello,

If I read this correctly, the GOP is suggesting that because the Palestinians have the temerity to desire independence, and to ask for it from the world, property should be seized in retaliation.

I wonder what will be suggested the next time Texas or some other state dares consider secession. Will the GOP pass a resolution encouraging the Federal government to seize the state?

Well, they are the party of Lincoln, after all.
You know, the guy who thought that peaceful disagreement and a desire to go ones own way excused slaughtering them and taking their land ?

Frankly, given their conduct and statements in this regard I consider Israel's current and many former administrations to be a pack of murderous, genocidal terrorists, and have little sympathy for anything they want since they've made it abundantly clear that no amount of concessions will ever be enough for them, and the only thing that will is the outright extermination of an entire people.
And they don't even see the irony of this.

Mind you, I don't think much of the Palestinian leadership either, since both sides so-called leaders are in a mutually parasitic relationship where they use each others crimes to justify greater horrors against each other, but the fact that our country in it's despicable religious intolerance supports one side in the cause of slaughter for malicious reasons, personally disgusts me every bit as much as our own politicians making their first campaign stop include a visit there to kowtow to foreign interests who's conduct toward us has been more in keeping with an abusive pet owner than a friend.

I've no need to "dehumanize" Israel or it's people, they've taken that one into their own hands, although efforts in attempt to get them to see their own paranoiac, fear inspired madness do continue, but to no avail - and as such, feel that we should unilaterally end political, financial and military support of them.

But of course, that would end the GOPs ability to slaughter and oppress folk without getting their own hands dirty, and they'll never go for that, will they ?

By their fruits, you shall know them.

Sounds like a bad idea. I thought Israel already owned those things. But if they don't then its better if they don't try because ... They should stick with what they have.
