Hello,

Is that it, then? Raptor has invented a word and is hoping it'll rub off?

Really kinda neither. It's been explained, once, as I recall, but it's not a big deal, in the least. It's nothing more than an off the cuff play on the word 'classic', pronounced in standard Asian phonetics.

Too much is being made of it, imo.

" I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend. "

Hello,

I see. It's a play at an Asian accent. Thank you for explaining. I'm sorry if you already did so once before.

Feel free to continue to find Asian accents amusing. I'll try to remember why you do it from now on.

Actually, I nailed it , when I gave the explanation myself.

" The pearl is in the river. "

A - I find the use of that one word mildly amusing, and a bit off the expected, for some reason. And so I use it, from time to time.

" I do not love the bright sword for its sharpness, nor the arrow for its swiftness, nor the warrior for his glory. I love only that which they defend. "

Hello,

If I raise rates from 100$ to $120 and spend 16 of those 20 extra dollars sending Wellness Awareness pamphlets to customers and putting up a new Wellness Awareness website, I spent more and made more money, but provided littlel extra service of note. (Although it exists on paper! Look at the pamphlet! Look at the Website!)

And that's just simple straightforwardness. It doesn't account for the twisty things businesses do when they start colluding with one another.

I see you have a deep appreciation of business practices. Yes, there are many ways that insurances can spend money on "patient care".

They really do have a LOT of trouble with the R/L thing - Maltquake has been trying to refine her knowledge of the more ungentle aspects of the English language and has serious difficulty with it even when I am reminding her... of course, she COULD have picked someone *other* than R Lee Ermey to emulate in style and deliver, which woulda made it easier, but ever since her new husband showed her Full Metal Jacket she practically idolizes him.
*eyeroll*
Ergo she wants the ability to deliver his blistering commentaries in English.

Gotta say though, she picked the right instructor for that, cause when I get a full mad on, oh yeah.

I think accents can be funny too, for instance in some southern accents, and a couple of related others, how one syllable can be stretched out to be five syllables instead, kiIiIiIiIds.
