America's real gun problem

I went to the local gunstore yesterday (we have two in town, but one is overpriced). I wanted to by a nice Rock River AR15 that they sell as a package with lots of cool accessories.

They were sold out.

In fact they were sold out of all their AR's just since last Friday...this from a store that specializes in selling ARs.

Now I'm on a fracking waiting list.

I bought a new Sig 232 to carry concealed. It will have to do for now, but I want...no deserve my assault rifle. I have the money, I'm a law abiding American citizen dammit, I should have one of these rifles...hell, I deserve ten with a side order of my new Benalli Supernova, that Sig 229 SAS I'm planning to buy next year, a P90 (they just look like fun), and...my good old .357 Magnum Dad gave me when I was twelve (his duty weapon from when he was a cop).

Clearly America needs more guns...not less.

Hello,

I would recommend purchasing as many high-capacity magazines for your intended purchase as possible right now. During the last weapons ban, some of them began to sell for 10x or more their usual price.

I anticipate a new ban may be forthcoming. If not, such magazines in new condition rarely lose significant value, and if you ever do buy the weapon in question, you will already have them available.
