Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

Yup, that one's been obvious for a long time. Of course, it means nothing to our right-wing politicians, because you see, they don't CARE about unemployment or the health of the country OR its citizens. Another reeeeely good crash and higher unemployment betters their chances to get back in power; they've worked long and hard for that for over four years now, of COURSE they'll keep working toward it.

And the Dems compromise, and cave, and compromise, stupidly trying to hang onto just enough to keep us from going there, they hope. Idjits.
