Seems the whole Pigford settlement thing was pretty much a cluster-fuck of corruption and fraud.

Entire apoartment buildings filing, and reciving, false claims. Pastors telling their entire congregations how to claim discrimination and get a settlement.

It's so bad - you could almost believe it was right out of one of rappy's wet dreams - but in this case - it really is as bad as it looks, it seems.
