The intelligent solution is to inform all motorists that THE LAW says no person is ever required to pay any parking ticket, unless it is handed to them in person.

THE LAW says no person every has to pay a parking tickets if ANY govt employee gets free parking in that jurisdiction, under Constitutional Equal Protection doctrine.

There is a long list of appellate court cases to confirm this, as written into law in every jurisdiction's Rules of Civil Procedure, codes and statutes.

This same defense works 100% of the time on traffic scamera tickets.

Seems to me they could have easily done their Robin Hood routine without harrassing the officers on the job. I find it difficult to feel sympathy for that sort of behavior and it seems to be a driving aspect of action taken against them.
