1lbs Ground Round

3 Eggs

1 Packet Onion Soup Mix

Bread Crumbs

Mix

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour

Looks dull, and I don't like the fact that you have to put a packet mix in with it.

My meatloaf is

500g premium mince beef
one egg
cup of real breadcrumbs
small onion finely diced
1 cup each grated zucchini and grated carrot
tablespoon tomato paste
splash of worcestorshire sauce/and or beef stock cube
salt/pepper/oregano/cumin to taste

You can also put a hard boiled egg in the middle before cooking and glaze top with barbeque sauce

Hold the hard boiled egg and I can eat that...all of it
