Thanx for the giggle; it's Rick Perry himself who is the fart, in my opinion. Not a particular fan of Black usually, but he nailed that one nicely. Is Perry hard up or something? Who the hell wants to LIVE in Texas!?

He think starting a business in California is "virtually impossible", eh? The man keeps showing his ignorance...go Rick!
