Sen. John McCain Flip Flops On Repeal Of Obamacare

After seemingly dismissing the idea of repealing Obamacare, Sen. John McCain has joined Sens. Ted Cruz and Mike Lee in the crusade against the Affordable Care Act.

The decision is an interesting one, considering in September McCain called defunding or repealing Obamacare irrational and he promised that the Senate would not repeal it.

The backlash to the Obamacare fix has already started

It took about three hours exactly for states to start pushing back against President Obama's request that regulators allow insurance plans to offer current products in 2014.

Washington state insurance commissioner Mike Kreidler has announced that he will not allow insurance companies to do so.

"In the interest of keeping the consumer protections we have enacted and ensuring that we keep health insurance costs down for all consumers, we are staying the course," he said in a statement moments ago. "We will not be allowing insurance companies to extend their policies. I believe this is in the best interest of the health insurance market in Washington."

Seriously. Just a month or so ago, McCain was vilifying Cruz for his reckless antics in trying to save the country from the disaster that IS O-care.

When I think of McCain these days, I think more of Ed Harris. He was a better McCain than McCain himself.
