Weee, maybe - I've heard it's much better than the original, but that ain't saying a whole lot...

In the meantime, imma pound through this theme just to burn the bollocks of the hatefully malicious.

The original didn't follow the manga; this one DOES, and so far it's one of the best series I've ever seen. IMO, of course.

Well, there's no real Manga/Anime to this one, save maybe Touhou Musou Kakyou, and she ain't even in it, ergo unless you've played the actual Touhou games you might not be familiar with my very favorite catgirls Rin Kaenbyou aka "Hells traffic accident" which is ENORMOUSLY appropriate given her storyline, or the much much less vicious and in a way kinda sweet.. Chen.
HONK HONK!!

Apparently Jongsie/River (and what with outing Dreamtrove it just shows how FEW rightwingdipshits there are, only multiplied by their fucking sockpuppets, right BDM ? to pretend they're anything but the tiniest minority), seems to underestimate my ability to both dig up and tolerate happy fluffy stuff.

And yes, I actually OWN this series (which is LUDICROUSLY expensive to buy retail) and actually *watch* it, what better balm against a violent life that has left deep and painful scars than this ?

It's nice that they let you out of your cage once in a while to stretch your legs. Or is it just feeding time?

See, I could come back with a nasty comment, or realize that another human being is in some kind of pain. I choose the latter.
What's wrong?

Believe it or not, a few years ago I used to catch Sailor Moon. I'm into sci-fi, fantasy adventure, magic, sorcery, knights, gladiator, you know....
sword and sandal epics.

Gigantor, Tobor The 8th Man, Voltron, Astro Boy when I was a kid, that lead me to Sailor Moon and others (when I was a kid as a relative term).

Ever since I first saw Flash Gordon, I was hooked.

Frem,

Do you know anyone that might know about a DC comic book from the late 60s early 70s that involved a teen boy going into a magic shop and being transported to a sort of medieval world, kid finds a magical sword, there's a flying ship - that's all I remember.

I know it's changing the subject somewhat, but I've tried searching online in the DC comics site, etc. and no luck. It was contemporary with The Blue Beetle, which I also read as a kid.

Thanks for posting this thread
