Is Obama wrong or is Reaganomics real?

I see some here downplaying the effects of Reaganomics, pretending it's not within their conscious construct. Yet they seem to support Obama's destructive regime.
Obama clearly stated that he does fully understand that tax cuts creates greater revenues for the Federal coffers. He stated that he did fully understand that to create less Federal revenues (to pay for excessive spending under his reign) one needs to increase tax rates. He clearly stated this both before he was elected and also afterwards. He fully understood that increasing the tax rates would keep the country in a weakened economic state.

So those of you who think Reaganomics is fallacy, do you think Obama is too dumb to understand, or how do you reconcile that he understands Reaganomics is fact but insists on sabotaging America's attempts to recover?

'Reaganomics' is a bunch of fantasy bullshit. If Obama understands 'Reaganomics' how can one possibly fault him for NOT seeming to follow that crap as any kind of real guide??
That would be like using classical Karate in street fight.
BTW, your post is a bit uneven there... just sayin'.

Don't have to try again. Reaganomics is and will always be probably America's greatest triumph over the era of Jimmah Carter's Misery Index.

Beyond any possible realm of doubt, Reaganomics saved this great nation.

Only small penis commie femme-boys dispute it, and who the fuck cares what they think ?

There have been many intelligent discussions here about the lack of success of trickle down economics, which is supported by lots of data.

My understanding of your current situation is that Obama inherited a pile of poo, which needed some decisive, determined action to manage, but that he is neither decisive or determined enough to manage it. he has also faced a high degree of partisan hostility from republicans to legislation being passed.

The Republican Party has swung far right, and moderates are increasingly being pushed out.

That the problems that the US face are multifold, and that workable solutions are increasingly unlikely, no matter whose in power. ie You're looking at system failure.

There's no denying what Obama inherited, but hell, he ran for the job, he knew what he was getting into.

There's good reason why the GOP are being pulled towards the Right. The get-along-go-along jack wagons of the Boehner / McCain / McConnell variety are more for big govt, and paying lip service to the actual needs and demands of the American citizens.

In short, they just want to stay in power, and don't give 2 flips what Obama, or even Bush does, period.

And that's a problem. There are very real , tangible answers and solutions to the problems we face today as a nation, but ALL politicians, save for the TEA party variety, want to pay lip service and keep their base voters happy. ( Obama and his refusal to give the go ahead for the Keystone pipeline. Seems the GREEN $ exceeds his Union buddy's $, so Obama has chosen to screw the country and make everyone suffer )

It wasn't exactly a cake walk for Reagan to become the Republican nominee in 1980. But his strong principles and homespun humor dominated the other candidates during the primary debates. By convention time in July they were all gone ...

Senate Minority Leader Howard Baker of Tennessee (withdrew March 5, 1980)

Former Governor John Connolly of Texas (withdrew March 9, 1980)

U.S. Senator Bob Dole of Kansas (withdrew March 15, 1980)

U.S. Congressman Phil Crane of Illinois (withdrew March 20, 1980)

U.S. Congressman John B. Anderson of Illinois (withdrew April 24, 1980)

Former CIA director George H. W. Bush of Texas (withdrew May 26, 1980)

Reaganomics wasn't a good thing, it was a GREAT thing. The only ones who say otherwise are simply displaying sour grapes.

You have made a valid observation, but it is hard to fault him when the 1st, 3rd, 6-8th, 10th, and 11th responses also completely missed it.
The point is, Obama understands that Reaganomics works. He clearly said it several times. (heh - autocorrection likes Reaganomics, but not when I had a letter wrong.)
Obama just does not want the economy to recover. He understands it would under further tax cuts, so he prevents those tax cuts from occurring.
The point is that most Democrats, Socialists, Communists and other libtards spout that Reaganomics does not work, whether they actually understand that it does or not - they just feel they cannot clearly state that understanding when they are working so hard to run the country in to the ground by raising tax rates. So most libtards must be classified as either too stupid to understand, or too immoral, or unethical to do the right thing because their party and their livelihood is dependent on doing what they know is wrong.

That is where Obama is different, he is the first libtard that I heard admit that Reaganomics works, but he won't allow it to save the nation or the economy. I actually ignored him during his campaign, but only recently watched these interviews, and was a bit stunned.
