Well, I was talking about where shows indicate girls are just a pretty face, and I thought that, although FF has babes, they were all beyond that.
Don't know if Buffy had a carousel of babecycles. For that matter, not sure if any Joss work would qualify. His women characters seem to have substance - maybe that why we like them so much.

Right in that vein, Human Target was largely the same...

It stared Olivia's fiancee from the first few episodes of Fringe and Rorschach from Watchman.

I'm glad to have met Janet Montgomery in the 2nd season, but it was obviously much different writing and it killed a show that my bro and old man raved about the first season.

They turned the 2nd season of Human Target into the 2nd season of She Spies......
