Here we can see if anybody wants to comment or predict results for the upcoming Nov 5th elections (speed-voting only for Democrats, conservatives will be required to wait in line on Nov 4th).

Please specify the state, ward, district or whatever for your canditates. Resolutions and such are also welcome.

For me, I can state that since the polls are showing dead even results for Wisconsin Gubernatorial race, it is clear that Scott Walker will have more people vote for him. Ultra-libtard Mary Burke is even having Obama come to town to campaign for her, no word on whether she will actually appear with him, but being a huge Obamacare supporter, I wouldn't be surprised, and she already went through Bill Clinton and Mooch-elle. But with the libtards securing yet another fraud-prone election, the vote results from ballot box stuffing could be close. It likely will depend on how many Obamaites from Chicago get on the bus to vote here. Another easy prediction is that all of the downtown Isthmus wards of Madison will exceed 100% voter turnout (defined as number of votes recorded divided by the number of legally eligible voters in that ward) - they usually range from 105% up to 141% voter turnout. Yes, even "better" or more outrageous than Moscow turnouts for Putin.

I don't believe polls because they're usually based on 'likely' voters. Trouble is .. voter turnout cannot be predicted accurately. I 'think' voter turnout will be small on Tuesday. Who that helps I know not.

The Gov race in WI now has Walker with a 7 point lead, which is not beyond the margin of voter fraud for Wisconsin Democrats.

Sounds like everybody agrees that Dems will lose majority in the Senate. If only we could get some consevatives in charge, straighten things out. Otherwise these liberal GOP goons will just lose the majority in 2016 again.

I predict the Texas Transportation Funding Amendment, Proposition 1 (2014) will pass because I voted for it in early voting.

The measure would divert half of the general revenue derived from oil and gas taxes from the Economic Stabilization Fund (ESF), also known as the Rainy Day Fund, to the State Highway Fund for the purpose of providing transportation funding for repairs and maintenance of public roads. It's anticipated that this will result in approximately $1,200,000,000 per year going toward transportation funding instead of the Rainy Day Fund. - http://ballotpedia.org/Texas_Transportation_Funding_Amendment,_Proposi

I am glad the GOP took the Senate and increased its hold on the House, which I believe is the biggest margin of power it's held in over 70 years.

May not be much, but as Mal said... it's enough.

"May not be much"? It's as much or more than any Republican could have hoped for.

.. Control of the Senate (+9, will be 54 seats)

.. Control of the House (+ 16, will be 249 seats)

.. Increased majority of Governorships (incl. blue states Mass., Md., & Il.)

.. Increased majority of State Legislatures

I call that a trouncing of epic proportions.

You'd have to go back further than Eisenhower.

Yeah, they do put a damper on things, nevertheless, there were many great highlights including

.. Wendy Davis getting CRUSHED in Texas

.. Sandra Fluke getting CRUSHED in California

.. MSNBC election coverage hosts squirming and desperately equivocating all night

.. Chris Mathews going apoplectic after Ted Cruz interview on Fox

.. Charlie Crist's 3rd election loss in Fla. in a row despite heavy Clinton campaigning. Holds dubious distinction of losing as a Republican, as an Independent, and now as a Democrat

.. Kasich, Walker, Haley, and Martinez easily re-elected Governors

.. Republican Elise Stefanik of NY, the youngest woman ever elected to Congress

.. Lots of Conservative women elected to give new voices in D.C., including Senator-elect Joni Ernst, the first woman from Iowa to ever get elected to Congress

Perhaps you have forgotten? They have no power in the House as long as Johnny Bonehead is the Speaker - do you think they can replace him with somebody reasonable?
And they have no power in the Senate as long as McConnell is in charge - do you think they can replace him with somebody who has not already capitulated power to his savior, King Obama?
With those 2, the Dems will take back Congress in 2016.

If those 2 had lost, is would be cause for celebration, the nation would have cause for hope.

It was kinda funny watching the same old recording of the MSM greatest hits. When some libtard got 51% with 20% reporting, they called the race as libtard winner. When a libtard was losing by 19% with over half the precincts reporting, it was too close to call.
And the libtards ala Charlie Rose and Dirk Van, demanded to know if now that Republicans had control of both Chambers, would they finally compromise and capitulate to their savior Obama?

Sadly, I had forgotten to mention Glenn Grothman. He was not on my ballot, and I would have been surprised if he had not won, but I forgot to post it. The reason I mention him now, in this thread, is that for those across America who are interested in decreasing the Federal Budget, decreasing the Debt, and getting rid of the Deficit, I predict his name will be one to watch - he has been the best fiscal hawk in WI for a long time, and I expect and hope for the same from him in DC. I only wish he was my rep, and now I hope my rep goes along with everything he comes up with.

This is kind of a thing that happens in America. It happened to Ike, Nixon, Reagan, Clinton, and Bush. Somehow the nation survived. I predict that it will again.

1998. Under Slick Willy. GOP lost 4 seats in the House, but kept their Majority. Senate stayed 55-45 GOP Majority.

It did not happen to Nixon. There was no mid-term election while he was serving his second term.

More accurately and to the point, since the liberal Bush41 was booted, every midterm has shown conservative gains or retention of Majority, except the 2006 Rock The Vote election, where the majority of voters still held the same conservative trend, but the least informed of America, the 18-26 year-olds, swayed the results in enough races to plunge the nation into the Rock The Vote Recession (sworn in 2007, generated FY 08 budget, which took effect Oct 2007, kicking off the recession from Oct 2007 - March 2009.)

Obama served up seats to the GOP in both chambers in both mid-terms.
Bush 43 gained GOP seats in both chambers in 2002.
Clinton served up seats to the GOP in both chambers in 1994, then gained 4 House seats for Dems in 98.
Bush 41 lost GOP seats in the House, and one in the Senate in 1990.
Reagan held even in the Senate in 1982, technically losing an "Independent" to Dems.
Carter's only midterm delivered seats in both chambers to the GOP.
In Nixon's only midterm, gained GOP in the Senate in 1970.

Summary:
2014 GOP +7 Sen 45->52, +13 Rep 234->244, new Senate Majority (both chambers).
2010 GOP +6 Sen 41->47, +64 Rep 178->242, new House Majority.
2006 GOP -6 Sen 55->49, -30 Rep 232->202, Rock The Vote.
2002 GOP +2 Sen 49->51, +8 Rep 221->229, new Senate Majority (both chambers).
1998 GOP -- Sen 55->55, -4 Rep 227->223.
1994 GOP +8 Sen 44->52, +54 Rep 176->230, new Majorities in both chambers.
1990 GOP -1 Sen 45->44, -8 Rep 175->167.
1986 GOP -8 Sen 53->45, -5 Rep 182->177.
1982 GOP -- Sen 54->54, -26 Rep 192->166.
1978 GOP +3 Sen 38->41, +15 Rep 143->158.
1974 GOP -4 Sen 43->39, -48 Rep 192->144, including 1 Conservative Senator.
1970 GOP +3 Sen 42->45, -12 Rep 192->180, including 1 Conservative Senator.
1966 GOP +4 Sen 32->36, +47 Rep 140->187.
1962 GOP -2 Sen 36->34, +1 Rep 175->176.
1958 GOP -13 Sen 47->34, -48 Rep 201->153.
1954 GOP -1 Sen 48->47, -18 Rep 221->203, House Majority lost.

A House majority is 218 Representatives, except 1958 when 219 was needed.

For those wondering about the historical events prior to these results:
2006 was the Rock The Vote campaign, when 18-26 year-olds decided that steady jobs, economic stability, affordable housing were not important issues anymore.
1990 followed Bush41's capitulation to Dems to increase taxes.
1982 was still gripped by the disastrous Carter economy.
1974 followed the ascending of Gerald Ford to the Presidency.
1966 was the midterm of the disastrous Lyndon Baines Johnson.
1958 followed the McCarthy Hearings.

If history repeats itself -

The GoPs will fite with Obama over everything and, in the the hopes uv making him and the Demz az unpopular az they can for the 2016 electionz, will cut all sorts uv guverment servisez, programz and departments ( Unkl Skam iz the larjest employer) jenerally screwing up the country so they can blame it on Obama. They wont hav a sex scandle to work with this time, so they will hav to work extra hard on the disatisfaction project.

An unfortunate side effect, frum their perspectiv anyway, iz that the bujet defesit will turn into a surplus.

If history continuez to repeat itself, a simpleton GoP will win the prezidensy in 2016 and immediately trash the bujet and put the country on course for another off roading in a tour bus excursion.

If insted, the stratejicly idiotic Demz realize they can win by pointing out how stupid and rich serving the GoPs are, we coud get Hillary or whoever the equivelent uv Al Gore will be and then maybe thingz will be great.

Obviously you are making every effort to downplay the intrusion of reality into your delusions, but Obama has gifted the GOP with 13 Senators and 77 Representatives during his mid-terms, more than any other. Clinton only gave the GOP 8 and 50. LBJ only 4 and 47.
America has long suffered under the reign of the libtards, and hopefully has survived. She may not survive another, tho.

Regarding future predictions (beyond the Alaska and Louisiana Senate races, not yet determined), I would like to point out that twice now I've voted for Lt Gov Rebecca Kleefish in WI, and would love for her to become our first woman Governor.
