While Wilson was already on another call, right? You've never seen cops turn down their radio volume while on a call? Did the DA testify that he has confirmed that Wilson heard the call at the time it was broadcast? Did Wilson reply via radio that he confirms receipt of radio message?
For the other cops who were resting their butts at the donut shop, it could be assumed they likely heard the call. But they are not the ones responding, doing their jobs, performing their duties, protecting and serving the public, defending the public against criminal thugs like Micheal Brown and Dorian Johnson.
