I think the cop should get a ticket hisself for that, oh the irony of him making such a bonehead move right in front of a driver he pulled over for some petty-ante bullshit, and then after said driver witnesses a worse act of stupidity and negligence on behalf of the officer...

The officer then picks up lecturing the guy right where he left off! man, that's chutzpah, innit ?

Hate to say it, but had that been me the next thing you'd have heard on the camera tape woulda been...
