Yeah, I know it's a couple of weeks late. But better late than never.

Congratulations to the nine American men and women selected for astronaut training at the 2009 class.

* Serena M. Aunon

* Jeanette J. Epps

* Jack D. Fischer

* Michael S. Hopkins

* Kjell N. Lindgren

* Kathleen Rubins

* Scott D. Tingle

* Mark T. Vande Hei

* Gregory Reid Wiseman

They are the first selected since 2004.

These nine will be part of "NASA Astronaut Group 20", which includes ten international mission specialists.

There's no place I can be since I found Serenity.

PN, you're an idiot.

They couldn't see the stars on the moon because of the bright Earth light, just as it is hard to see them here on Earth if you live in a large well-lit city. It's why almost all observatories are at high elevations away from cities.

"RULE #4: 11 Apollo astronots died on Earth during Apollo. "
Three astronauts died 'on the pad' in Apollo 1 during a test. I know at least two died in a jet crash near Lambert Airport in St. Louis when they were flying in to inspect some equipment; so while they died 'on the job', it was 'just' a plane accident... are you counting them? What were the other 6?

Rule 5: PIRATEJEW is a MOSAD spy.

Rule 6: He cant spell "Astronauts" or "control" or about 80% of the rest of the English language (because he's too used to writing in Hebrew).
