I heard this mentioned today on radio by a US soldier who does litigation against the Veterans Administration for disabled vets, describing what he thinks about the crooks running Washington DC who steal pensions from 100,000s of vets. This guy was in Saigon when US troops fled on the last day of the Vietnam War.
