This is exactly what I'm arguing in US Court of Appeals for my traffic ticket, that fed prosecutors destroyed exculpatory evidence, in violation of my Brady motion for discovery of the cop's videotape, which had all audio deleted, and 90% of the video deleted. The video failed to show any alleged traffic violation by me. The original prosecutor at "trial" was "terminated" according to court records.

The new fed prosecutor in my case already busted his time limit for his Rebuttal Brief, and begged the court for an extension of time. The prosecutor's name is J Edgar "Smutty" Smutzer, named by his FBI daddy for FBI director J Edgar Hoover -- USA's most crooked cop, who wore a dress, killed JFK/RFK/MLK and said the Mafia didn't exist.

The FBI agent I lived next door who ran FBI's "Good Ole Boy Roundup" for cops, that hung blacks and raped women for fun.
