As for the Muslim Brotherhood...my understanding is that they are a Islamic Gay Rights activist group who are seeking legalization of gay marriage and the destruction of Isreal.

Gettin' old, but still a hippie at heart...

Sure can tell which MSM Kane watches exclusively... Fox is the ONLY place talking at length about the Muslim Brotherhood, which will no doubt have some part of the new government, however it shapes up, but who are a SECULAR organization which DECRIES Hamas, Hezbolah and Muslim terrorism as the "antithesis of Islam".

Nonetheless, FauxNews (sorry, but that's what it is I'm sick of being PC about it) has been focused on this being the beginning of the takeover of the world by Muslims, they're playing it for all it's worth...while they've been mentioned and discussed on other channels, nobody else sees them as, what did Glenn Beck say? The first step toward Shariah Law in America. The man is one sandwich short of a picnic. No, I take that back, he knows PRECISELY what he's doing!

To me it is about as telling as anything else in the world can be that FoxNoise and many of the right are AGAINST democracy in Egypt, have been rooting for Mubarak and one even said we should INVADE Egypt to shore up Mubarak. What does that say about the Right??? Everything that needs saying, to me. "Democracy, but only the way WE want it".

Just like Hezbolah; we wanted democracy, until Ooops, the guys we don't like got elected!

Whether it's good for the US or not is of no importance; that it will most likely be BETTER for Egypt is what matters, and the amazing way the people have brought it about nonviolently. WE wouldn't be capable of doing the same, I have no doubt.

Keep listening to FauxNews; they'll keep you scared and you'll never know what's REALLY going on.

Muslim Brotherhood wasn't even a part of the protests until days after they started. It's not like this is some big evil plan to institute an "Islamic caliphate"; nobody is stupid enough to believe that.

Well... except for Glenn Beck and FauxNews's followers, that is. ;)

Am I glad he's out? Yes, because that is what the people wanted and I believe they should have the right to seek democracy. What will happen next? We'll just have to see. Have I heard some things about the Muslim Brotherhood that sound worrisome to me? Yes, but time will tell us if those things are true, I don't enough information currently to decide if they are going to cause trouble or if they are going to just rule Egypt, or even if they will be in charge, we just don't know.
