McDonough’s move will come after a flurry of attacks against the District's Wildlife Protection Act of 2010, which mandates that animal control companies use humane methods when handling animals. VA and Maryland are FORCED to take action because of why ? The Left's idiotic move in D.C., which states that entire rat FAMILIES must be gathered up and relocated, instead of simply killed, right there on the spot.
