The "Pizza of Destiny" isn't the only one-take, one-shot, in movie history, of course, but one of the most awesome ones comes from Alien: Resurrection, wherein Sigourney Weaver nails one of the most kickass hits ever - hell, she freaked out Ron Perlman almost bad enough to blow the take, and they had to cut it a little short cause of his reaction.
