I would like it observed and noted that the fraud was not really the result of individual welfare recipients and their families taking advantage of the system (of which problem is more of a drop in the bucket compared to this), but rather a racket invented by non-welfare-recipients working within that system who were corrupt as hell.

People who steal are everywhere. They steal everything. Medicaid has the same problems as does the supermarket down the street. All enterprises experience theft. People take the path of least resistance to money.

The more the working class sees their wages decrease the worse it will get. As for the others, lock them up and throw away the key.

Actually that was my first thought. Mostly black women between the ages of 20 and 30. There's gonna be a BUNCH of kids displaced.
